Led by a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), our practice provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and ongoing mental health treatment.

Outpatient Psychiatry & Telehealth

Telehealth services are available to patients physically located in Massachusetts at the time of their appointment.
Nursing Home & Assisted Living Psychiatric Services
We provide specialized psychiatric care directly to residents of nursing homes, assisted living communities, and long-term care facilities.
Our services include:
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Psychotropic medication management and monitoring
- Ongoing psychiatric follow-up
- Behavioral and psychological symptom assessment
- Management of psychiatric symptoms associated with dementia
- Gradual Dose Reduction (GDR) evaluation and monitoring
